The materials we work with
are natural materials and each piece is unique with its own
colour range as seen in the large photo image provided for each piece of jewelry. We promise
to only supply the jewellery from our shop as it is seen on the web page photograph.
All our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If by chance you have found your item to be defective it may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement provided we receive notification within 14 days of receiving the goods. See our returns policy.

Delivery
and Availability Online
Each of the jewellery pieces
advertised on these pages will be despatched to you within
48-hours of your 'cleared' purchase date. The 'Paypal' service
is generally instantanious therefore we do not anticipate
any delay through this service. We therefore anticipate that
the goods will arrive at the shipping address within 3-4 days
of purchase. Goods will be sent via the Royal Mail recorded
('signed for') service to ensure the security of your goods.
If an item of jewellery becomes
unavailable for any reason after you place your order, we
will advise you immediately and do our best to either refund
or re-create your order as soons as possible, depending on
your requirements.

If any jewellery you receive from us is defective please contact
us within 14 days of receiving the order and return the item
with our receipt for a full refund or replacement. Claims
due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use
will not be recognised.

accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information
relating to our jewellery. If you find any description of
goods to be inaccurate please inform us, we welcome all feedback.

sale, and the designs themselves inperpetuity. It also means
it is illegal to download images for anything other than personal
